This document constitutes a legally binding contract between MVMT Socials ("Company") and you ("Client") regarding your purchase of website templates and digital products ("Product"). MVMT Socials' Terms and Conditions of Purchase, website Terms and Conditions, and the website Privacy Policy are collectively referred to as this "Agreement." In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the website Terms, which shall prevail over the Privacy Policy. By purchasing this product, you agree to the following terms as a condition of your participation in the purchase.

Binding Arbitration
1. Product Description
The Showit Canvas Designer Vault is a collection of professionally designed, pre-made canvases intended for use with the Showit platform. These canvases are provided as digital files for personal and client-based projects.
2. License and Permitted Use
2.1. Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive license to use the Vault’s designs for personal or client projects within the following guidelines:
Customizing the canvases for personal or client websites.
Using the designs as a base for unique, non-competitive client projects.
2.2. Each product license is limited to a single-use for personal or business purposes. For multiple uses or businesses, additional licenses must be purchased.
3. Prohibited Uses
By purchasing the Vault, you agree NOT to:
Resell, share, distribute, sublicence, or otherwise transfer the canvases or their derivatives in any form.
Use the canvases to create templates, tools, or products that compete with MVMT Socials’ offerings.
Claim the designs or their derivatives as your own intellectual property.
Replicate, reverse-engineer, or create a similar product based on the Vault’s content.
Use the Vault’s designs on multiple websites without purchasing additional licenses.
Any prohibited use will result in the immediate termination of your license and access, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action, including seeking liquidated damages.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. All designs, templates, and content in the Vault remain the exclusive property of MVMT Socials.
4.2. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
4.3. Any licensed images, fonts, or other materials included in the Vault are either the intellectual property of MVMT Socials or licensed from third parties. You may not modify, redistribute, or use these assets outside their intended purpose within the Vault.
4.4. Any violation of intellectual property rights may result in a charge of $5,000 AUD per violation as liquidated damages and immediate revocation of your license.
5. Payment Terms
At checkout, you may select a payment plan to pay in full or in installments. By completing your purchase, you agree:
To pay in full for the product, regardless of use or dissatisfaction.
Not to dispute payments, cancel your credit card, or cease installment payments according to your selected payment plan.
All digital products are considered delivered upon granting access to the Vault.
Failure to fulfill your payment obligations will result in the suspension of access to the Vault and potential legal action.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable. Purchased products cannot be exchanged for other products under any circumstances.
